On timelines: If a client takes longer than 7 days to respond to an update or approve a design proposal, the project timeline extends by the same number of days. Delays in client feedback are not delays on the developer's end.

Frequently asked questions

Can I update my content myself?
On the Full portfolio package, content is managed through a secure admin dashboard — just send your updates and they'll be reflected quickly. On the Basic package, content changes are handled by your developer on request as part of the management agreement.
What happens if I don't renew?
If you choose not to renew, your site will be taken offline at the end of the billing year. You'll receive a reminder before renewal is due. Your content data remains available for a 30-day grace period so nothing is lost immediately.
Do I own the site?
You own your content and brand. The site is built and hosted on infrastructure managed by your developer. If you opt for a custom domain add-on, you own your domain outright. Full source code handover can be discussed separately if needed.
How do I request changes after the site is live?
Changes are handled via email or an agreed communication channel. Minor updates (text, images) are turned around within the management agreement timeframe. Larger structural changes may be scoped and quoted separately.
Can I see an example before committing?
Yes — you can view a live example at robin.itsmyfolio.com. During the design phase you'll also approve the direction before any development begins, so you'll know exactly what you're getting.

Payment terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due on the day your site goes live. Annual hosting and management fees are invoiced separately at the start of each renewal year.
